143) Customer Service?

Had trouble with our home security system the other day and opted for the online customer service representative.  The helpdesk claims you are chatting with a live person.  I think not.  Check out my conversation with the "Customer Service Representative" and you tell me what you think.  I don't mind having a computer answering my questions using a FAQ algorithm of some kind.  Just don't lie to me about it...
